Welcome readers of Crohn's Advocate Magazine. I have a free report just for you:
"How to Have Crohn's Disease - Without Letting Crohn's Disease Have You."
You can find out about it and get it here.

When You Have a Chronic Illness, It Just Doesn’t Seem Fair That ...

When you have a chronic illness, it just doesn’t seem fair that you often lose abilities and choices that everyone else takes for granted, that you have to manage symptoms that can be very painful, and that getting the good medical care we need can be a major ordeal - and then in addition to those challenges you have illness-related emotional pain that can often have as big a negative impact on your life as your symptoms - and sometimes even a greater impact.

Your Physical Symptoms and Pain are Bad Enough... But There’s Always Lots of Emotional Pain as Well.

That emotional pain can come from the fact that no one in your life really understands what it’s like to have a serious chronic illness and how hard it is to get through each day. It can come the uncertainty of not knowing what the future holds, the fear that your symptoms will only get worse, and the accompanying feeling of helplessness. It can come from regrets and resentment about not being able to do all the things you used to enjoy. Emotional pain can also come from the difficult challenge of being a good parent or spouse, or from the difficulty of finding a partner to love and be loved by when you have a chronic illness.

Whatever its source for you, I’m sure that you know the emotional pain of having a chronic illness all too well.

You Don’t Need to Keep Living With Emotional Pain that the Majority of People with Chronic Illnesses Suffer From. You Can Heal it!

Yes, you can heal the emotional pain that virtually always comes with having a chronic illness. And as that pain lessens, it’s very possible that your illness symptoms will also.

Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Tom Robinson. Like you, I live with a serious chronic illness (Crohn’s disease, which I’ve had for over 12 years). For several years, I had debilitating symptoms and illness-related emotional pain that were so bad that they often felt unbearable. Looking back, I often wonder how I got through that very difficult time in my life.

But I did - I got my life back. I’m very grateful that I learned how to heal my emotional pain. I’m also grateful that I found a combination of standard and alternative treatments that greatly improved my health and lessened my symptoms.

My healing journey gave me a deep appreciation for physical and emotional health and wellbeing, and led me to make it my life’s work to help others to heal.

My mission as a coach for people with chronic illnesses is to help you heal your emotional pain so you can live the best life you possibly can. To do that, I’ve written a

Free report: Having a Chronic Illness Isn't Fair, But You Can Live Well Anyway - Here's How.

This report describes some of the most effective healing strategies that I learned and that I teach my clients. In a recent coaching session, I taught a woman one of the strategies in the report. Here's what she said about how it helped her:

Tom, what you taught me in my session has made an amazing difference in the way I deal with my chronic illness. I’ve been able to keep doing it on my own, and the feeling is wonderful. Thank you so much.”

The report is yours free with my best wishes. You will also receive my bi-weekly “How to Have a Better Life When You Have a Chronic Illness” tips (which you can easily unsubscribe from at any time) To get them, just enter your information below and then click on Submit.
