From despairing and demoralized to a life I love…

My symptoms were so awful and overwhelming and my quality of life so poor, I sometimes felt like I'd be better off dead.

I felt like my body was my enemy. Life was hell. Things seemed hopeless. I didn’t want to go on. I didn’t see any way out... I felt awful from head to toe... and my mirror let me know that I looked as awful as I felt. I thought despairingly about all the dreams I used to have but had given up on because I’d been trying and trying to get better, but my health had just gotten worse and worse.

But I found my way back

Even though there were times when I felt like giving up, I continued fighting to reclaim my life, and ultimately was successful. I rediscovered old passions and dreams and found new ones. I started my own business. Today I live a life I truly love and enjoy, a life that keeps getting better and better.

My name is Tom Robinson. I now use the knowledge and wisdom I gained from my ordeal with chronic illness (Crohn’s disease) to give people tools and support so they can reclaim their lives, start dreaming about their future, and then take steps to realize those dreams.
